Larry Ziff, President
Larry Ziff has more than 38 years of experience serving the insurance industry. He is recognized as an innovator who brought life insurance to the banking industry by starting the first division of insurance at United Jersey Bank. In addition to being one of the first people to bring life insurance into banks, it should be noted that he has also introduced the world of accounting firms into the life insurance business, and was one of the first people to work as an independent producer representing multiple insurance companies.
Larry began his career with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance, where he was named New Agent of the Year. He has authored a large number of articles and publications and is often quoted by the media on insurance topics. Ziff has received numerous outstanding performance awards and is considered by industry players to be in the top tier of insurance brokers nationwide.
Larry enjoys traveling with his wife Lorraine and their two sons, Adam and Matthew. He is also an avid car collector and boating enthusiast.

Adam Ziff, Vice President
Adam was born into the life insurance industry and gained exceptional knowledge of the business while growing up. When he was of age, Adam obtained his life insurance and annuity licenses in multiple states. As a graduate of the University of Miami’s School of Business Administration, his entrepreneurial mindset allowed him to take on a consultative approach with his clients.
Adam has a complete understanding of the industry as a whole, having worked both on the wholesale side, as well as with individual clients. He keeps a keen eye on the industry and constantly watches for product changes and regulation updates. This attention to detail allows him to provide clients the most up-to-date knowledge. Adam is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and secure their tomorrow.

Lorraine Ziff, Managing Partner and Director of New Business
Lorraine has worked with Larry developing new insurance business for over 30 years. No stranger to the business world, she has owned and operated several of her own. She understands business owners’ needs. In addition, she has earned her M.S.W. and has a strong understanding of people and relationships. Lorraine provides a sense of comfort, trust, and accessibility not often found in business. You are never “just a number,” you are always “a member of the family.”
Lorraine is thrilled that her talents in different arenas encourage work with each of her sons in different capacities. With her son Adam and her husband Larry, she works tirelessly towards new business for The Ziff Agency, LLC. With her son Matthew, when he isn’t working on his bio-mechanical engineering, they work in the movie business as actors and producers. Although Lorraine encounters people in many different walks of life, she approaches each with the same holistic attitude: to listen, to care, to be reliable and to be available.
In addition to business, the Ziff family is involved with many charitable organizations for academics as well as cancer research. They have been named “Cancer Research Angels” on more than one occasion through various organizations.
